Susan Ro loves Jesus and she is a wife, a boy mom of 4 ranging in ages from teens to early twenties. She and her amazing husband have been married for 25 years.

Susan hosts a podcast called Leadership for Busy Working Moms.  From working in NYC in the high-end fashion world to being a teacher, she created the Aligned Leadership Method, a strategy to align her life to Christ.

Through aligned leadership, starting with leading herself in Christ, she found ways to personally grow in the midst of caring for her family which shifted things so that she can be a high performer at work and at home.
